where should i start? granted my phone is trash. however the audacity to charge 14.99 for at best subpart app is outrageous. when it did work. WHEN. I had at most 20 mins of hotspot before it timed out. all my settings are how they're supposed to be before anyone thinks that. my phone is up to date on updates. it times out on it's own about every 20 mins. it's roughly the same I'll give it 25 mins at max. I'm not paying 14.99 a month for 5 extra connected hotspot mins. I gave 1* beingnb generous
