I have been using the app for about a month now. The app works well and the device is responsive to the app. I don't think it needs to be deducted a star for it, but the app's background so etimes gets stuck and the air quality numbers and charts are not visible until you reboot the app. But again it's done that a total of 3 times across 6 devices in that time so it's not really a big deal.

Eight months ago, the app started giving us issues like having to close the app several times before it would allow us to turn/off the dyson. On its own, it disconnected from alexa. Since then it has not been controllable through the app, even though the fan shows wifi connected, the app shows that it's having issues connecting to the wifi network. We troubleshooted several times, relayed the info the chat support, which was just pointless. Regret this big purchase.
