This apps don't work they keep say invalid on tracking parcel because only 10 number. I use normal Google Chrome browser DHL tracking worked fine but not show up next stops or map.

Trash app. Live tracking is non-existent on the app. "Click here to see map" leads you in circles and never shows. Kind of convenient when the delivery driver is sending "change delivery" links to DHL websites that go nowhere from a private number. If you thought this app would aid in transparency, think again. The "courier" doesnt want you to see the live location while also insisting to remove the signature process. Company has 0 oversight it looks like. Buyer beware
