I bought something 3 days ago and have asked for delivery at a specific time between 5 pm and 9 pm. It's 10 pm and the delivery person keeps telling me I am coming in 10 mins. Really disappointing with the delivery service. Given a choice never going back to XCITE delivery.. if you cannot deliver please do not promise delivery during specific time!!!!
