Right now I'd give zero stars if that was possible. (I enjoyed playing the game and would give it more stars based on gameplay, but it's been utterly impossible to contact support about an in-app purchase that wasn't received.) Tried rebooting the phone, cleared the app cache, updated the app, uninstalled/reinstalled, no change, and still no response from support for several weeks after contacting them AND posting the original version of this review. Very disappointed, I'm uninstalling.

It would be a great game, one of the best of this style, but you never know if your progress gets saved or you wasted your time playing for a while. I followed all the known bug issue tips, they don"t change anything, you still lose your progress often. You also will lose in-game dollars by not keeping the reward if your progress does not save. Fix this issue, and you'll have a great game, but i am very close to just deleting it and adding your entire company to my do not bother playing list.
