At first, it was a great app, my favorite in fact. All my transactions with cash and with crypto were quick, correct, and everything ran smoothly... Until one day 8 months ago, one transaction took way longer as in a few days longer. Then next transaction took a week or two, then suddenly, I couldn't touchu money I had just deposited 10,000! It has now been over 8 months, not days, or weeks, but MONTHS!!! Couldn't get any real answer from anyone just got the run around. Now am supposed to be

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! Customers funds are locked up for months now and could possible be lost forever. Millions lost because of their incompetence of partnering with a fraud service provider. They stated funds were insured when it doesn't seem be the case. There only suggestion is to wait but it's been half a year already. Should have never opened account with them! Now I am out thousands of dollars!!

I really thought this app had some potential but they screwed up. I think some of it was out of their control and yet a few things they did kind of made people including myself very uncomfortable And it could be a while before they fix it so setting my sights on new horizons.
