You r scamming people who book movie tickets from yor app or web. The payment was deducted from bank, but received a failure message on booking page stating "Yor booking failed coz payment communication was not received. u will get a refund within 5-7 days" However, at 7:18PM, received an email confirming the booking. How can I be expected to reach the multiplex on such short notice, especially when I was unaware that the booking was eventually confirmed? Still awaiting reply since 17 days.
