The guest directly makes the booking with me not being able to give approval for booking or to decline. What if the booking is done without my approval and the guest don't arrive and I don't get the money yet still I have to pay commission to the app ?!!! That's nonsense

Very bad UX. Cannot create automatic rule to block one day before and one day after booking. Cannot cancel auto bookings not even in first 24 hours. Very expensive commission. Support is not reachable. I hate every moment working with booking and moving to Airbnb instead.
