We bought two e-Sim cards for Turkey, especially since one couldn´t buy a 3 GB volume anywhere cheaper than at BNESIM. In Turkey we had some severe problems to use both e-SIMs: Although they were activated correctly we couldn't receive mobile data. BNESIM customer service was very friendly and helped us patiently over one afternoon. In the end we got 2 new e-SIMs that did what they were supposed to do over our holidays. Thank you for this 5 stars support!
