*fraud alert* Never book your flights from bamboo airways. We booked a flight from Ho chi Minh to phu quoc. Firstly they have cancelled our flight without providing any other options. Also when we mail for refund there is no response. When talking to customer care they ask us to mail but on that there is no response. Now we have to pay double for our journey with other airline plus no guarantee of refund. It's been 6 months, they haven't provided any refund. Vietjet is far better.
