Worked great for a couple of years, but now whenever we try to get to the screen to rotate the cameras, ee ger "please try again". It's as though the SW needs to but updated, BUT the SW is up to date. This app needs to be fixed. There are multiple complaints for the same issue. To the app DEVELOPER, please fix the app and avoid further negative reviews

I've had this app/camera for 2+ years. Suddenly it no longer works on half of my phones. All I get is try again later. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. All they keep asking is if I have the latest version of the app. Well, it's been un-installed and re-installed 4 times on 2 different phones, one being brand new, and it does the same thing. Time to look for a new camera/app since this one no longer works.
