half the time the app doesn't work. the other half it requires constant verification codes for the app and then also when you log in in a browser. edit: at this point unless it is an in person purchase, hardly anywhere will accept wisely. Anything online will reject your wisely card because it is not a "real bank" or because it comes up on their end as a prepaid card and they won't accept "prepaid cards or gift cards" for payments. no venmo either.

Had a problem with my phone number and email address was some how changed in the app when I could not log in and tried to use the forgot password feature. Only found this out after calling customer service to get signed on and to verify the information. How does that happen? Check your account information to make sure it as it was when you signed up with them.
