Now, to claim the money for flight cancellation, I need to follow a long drawn process with Liberty insurance where I need to upload the bank details of the traveller. The money should have simply been return to the original method for payment, without bringing a third party like Liberty insurance

Update : i have even shared my booking id on mail as requested. Still no help provided. Terrible support service!! They are showing fake coupons 9n app. I was supposed to get a 600rs cab coupon on flight booking, firstly this never got shared, adding to that there support team just puts you on hold for 10 mins and then cancel the call
