Hair Challenge

When it worked, this was a fun game, four stars at most. A bit too much ads, but pretty good game play and surprisingly addicting. But now, my game won't progress past the loading screen. I've tried everything to fix it but nothing works. This sets my rating to three stars. Please fix this, I want to actually play the game. Thanks :)

I have many different games downloaded and I play them alot. This game had quickly made it into my top 3 favorite and I became more tolerant of the excessive ads due to my fondness for this game. Then, my enjoyment abruptly stopped when I got to Level 271. For me, this level has some kind of glitch toward the end of the level that causes me to get my hair cut off short every single time. It will not even allow me to keep enough of the hair length needed to progress on to the next level.
