It wouldn't let me get an SMS Verification code and I have emailed them 3 times but they never really helped. Also, you need it for everything but it's fun to watch and see artists posts! I would recommend but all my friends have now had this problem with SMS Verification Code. Can someone help me? I deleted my account and uninstalled the app and nothing worked. Edit: They still never helped me or when they did it was the same message 😭

Great app but the notifications of the lives are a bit late,sometimes they send the notifications on time but sometimes they send it 2hours after it ended , sometimes they don't even send a notification at all please do fix this problem. I also want to add a tiny detail that weverse could maybe please update to have subtitles,because not everyone can speak Korean,thank you
