it's actually one of the best apps I have seen/used so far, what really amazes me is that after few weeks you gonna start seeing the effects or changes you want on your body, (that's if you are really determined and consistent) my buddy who is a gym Instructor found this app so amazing that he uses it to teach or coach others (keep up the good work 👍leap fitness group )

This app is one of the best I ever had, first the illustrations, the coach helping it's just wonderful and let's not forget about the energetic music that keeps us working out, it's an amazing thing for sure, although I hope to see results by the end of the month, I'm giving solid five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
