So far, the app didn't show any results. I tried deleting and reinstalling, login via ItsMe and eHealth, nothing ... No test results / results at all in none of the 3 categories. Unreliable app!

I was a tourist in Belgium and got tested covid positive. I got my ctpc but there is no certificate on my name (it has been more than 2 months already). I was on the phone with masante for hours. They said that the only option to get the recovery certificate is through the app. And I can't obtain the certificate from my country (although it's Europe) because I got sick in another country. My details are there on masante website but no certificate. Nonsense
