This platform does NOT allow you to transfer your crypto to a more secure wallet. Customer service is ignorant to the essence of keeping your crypto safe in a cold wallet. This is one example of "Not your keys, not your crypto." Gcash is better as it allows you to have self-custody over your crypto.
