To the product manager, Please design a kill switch home screen widget to end the ride. The app is unresponsive at times and it a literal pain in the ash to end the ride and yulu ends up overcharging. This has been a major issue, please solve this. You can contact me if you need help in designing and developing the widget for your app. Best.

It's a fraud app they take security deposit and don't return it...it's been a week I applied for security deposit refund but they didn't refund. I tried to chat with the customer Service but they are using a stupid bot who only says he can't understand and rephrase it, i tried more than 20 times to rephrase it but the scamer company didn't respond.
