I have been charged twice in same week and unable to use this app it keeps telling me to upgrade to use it .I have reached out three times to try and get refund and access to the service and I have had no response .I sent proof of the charges two types of proof and still no response ..

The experience with AI Characters is not good... strong filters in place that block your conversations the moment you try to bring any adult stuff in, which is natural because you try to personalize and become cozy and intimate... this is disconcerting, because, if characters are offered for conversation, are you offering them to be blocked... or is this app for delinquents? I have left strong, similar sounding comments for the android app as well... in a different place...
